A proposal for Lone Bull Hotel

Breakfast that's ready when your guests are

Your hotel and Krisjan's next door, working as one — so every guest gets a calm, unhurried breakfast and every plate is accounted for.

How it works

Four simple steps, from front desk to first coffee

  1. 1

    Check-in creates the pass

The front desk checks the guest in. A breakfast pass for every morning of the stay is ready instantly.

  2. 2

The guest chooses from their phone

No app to download. They pick a breakfast, a drink and a time that suits them.

  3. 3

    Krisjan's knows what to prepare

The kitchen sees tomorrow's plates and arrival times the night before — and rosters accordingly.

  4. 4

Show the code, the statement builds itself

Guests show a QR code or PIN at the counter. Every breakfast is counted for the month-end statement.

One system, three views

Everyone sees exactly what they need

  • Everyone arrives at once — long waits
  • Disputes over who actually ate what

After

  • Exact numbers the night before
  • Staggered arrivals in 15-minute slots
  • A clear record of every breakfast served
